The .750-inch bore diameter matches the most common barrel outer diameter at the gas block seating area on standard government-profile, M4, and heavy-profile AR-15 barrels — confirm your barrel’s outer diameter at the gas port before ordering, as lighter pencil-profile barrels may measure .625 inch and heavier bull-profile barrels may measure .936 inch. Low profile gas blocks sit below the inner diameter of a free-float handguard, allowing a full-length handguard to extend over the gas block without obstruction. Installation requires removing the existing gas block from the barrel, sliding the new block into position over the gas port, and securing it with the included set screws against barrel dimples. The enhanced design may include additional features such as a larger screw boss, improved set screw geometry, or additional material to provide a stronger, more secure grip on the barrel compared to a standard low-profile block.
