Palmetto State Armory 16″ Carbine 5.56 Nato Upper with Classic Grey handguard and A2 F-Marked Sight Base
This PSA 16″ Upper is Mil-Spec and Includes a M-16 Bolt Carrier Group and charging handle. Upper is a forged 7075-T6 Flat Top with a Hardcoat Finish and M4 Feed Ramps. Barrel Included on the Palmetto Upper has a Nitride Finish, Carbine Length Gas System and is chambered in 5.56 Nato. The Handguard is a 2 Piece Classic Carbine Length Handguard in Grey Color.
