The Magpul SL-K Stock Carbine in Black is a direct drop-in replacement buttstock for AR15/M4 Mil-Spec carbine buffer tubes, the SL-K is designed for compact PDW style weapons or users desiring a small and light stock. Features a slim, short profile, the MOE SL-K offers an enhanced cheek weld allowing a more upright head position and a 1.25″ footman’s loop with the ability to accept an optional _M-LOK QD Sling Mount_ for push-button style QD sling swivels.  A new, unique, ambidextrous release latch minimizes rattle on the receiver extension without requiring additional locks, levers, or springs*. The MOE SL-K (Slim Line Kurz) is a shortened version of the SL stock, reducing the overall stock body length for a more compact length-of-pull suited to smaller-framed shooters, AR pistol builds, or situations where a shorter pull is preferred. The K (Kurz, German for ‘short’) body retains the slim-line profile of the SL and adjusts to six positions on a mil-spec carbine buffer tube. The SL-K is a direct drop-in fit for any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver with a mil-spec buffer tube installed.

The SL-K stock’s primary distinction from the standard SL is its shorter overall length — the SL-K provides a more compact collapsed and extended length of pull, making it well suited for SBR configurations, CQB applications, or shooters with shorter arms who find standard carbine stocks too long even at their minimum position. The SL-K mounts on a standard mil-spec diameter carbine buffer tube and adjusts across six positions using the standard AR-15 stock release lever. The slimmer profile of the SL-K reduces the cheek weld height compared to MOE and ACS stocks.
