Description
The Geissele Super Gas Block is a low profile gas block built for shooters who want a high-strength, corrosion-resistant gas block that fits under most free-float handguards without any clearance issues. Geissele precision investment casts it from 17-4 precipitation hardening stainless steel, and because of this, the block delivers a level of strength and rust resistance well above what you get from standard phosphate steel gas blocks. As a result, the Geissele Super Gas Block holds up to thousands of rounds and harsh conditions without losing its fit or function.
In addition, the investment casting process gives the block a precise, consistent shape that drops onto a .750 gas block journal and seats cleanly without extra fitting. Furthermore, 17-4 PH stainless steel work-hardens under stress, which means the block actually gets tougher the more you run it. Moreover, the low profile design keeps the block out of the way of any free-float handguard so you can run the rail length you want without front-end clearance problems. The black finish blends with standard AR builds and gives the block a clean, finished look.
