Faxon Firearm’s Pencil Profile barrels are some of the lightest in the industry.  Large firearms companies use them in their builds for their ideal weight balance and performance.

These barrels are high quality and value.  100% manufactured by Faxon Firearms.  Also, every barrel fully stress relieved, air gauge tested, and 11 degree target crowned to ensure accuracy.

Match Series barrels take the normal Faxon renowned quality and performance and set the bar even higher.  Firstly, the barrels are 100% manufactured within their facilities from gun-barrel-quality bar-stock.  The process starts with 416-R Stainless Steel and 5R Rifling.  What is 5R Rifling?  5R Rifling has lands opposite groves and reduced sharp angles.  Therefore, this all reduces jacket deformation which increases velocity and makes cleaning easier.  Additionally, better accuracy obtained through less bullet jump.  Nickel Teflon coats the extension which maintains incredible dry lubricity, corrosion resistance, and tightens up the fit between the extension and the receiver.

Each barrel Magnetic Particle Inspected for your safety.  After testing, the barrels are nitride treated inside and out.
