Description

The Bravo Company Low Profile Gas Block is a .625 diameter set screw gas block made from phosphate finished machine steel, built for AR-15, M16, M4, and M4A1 pattern rifles. BCM hones the barrel bore after the phosphate finish goes on per USGI TDP specs, and because of this, you get a precise, consistent bore diameter that fits your barrel journal tightly without needing extra fitting work. As a result, the BCM low profile gas block drops onto a .625 barrel journal and seats the way a mil-spec part should.

In addition, the set screw mounting system locks the block to the barrel with a secure, repeatable hold that works well for most AR builds at this bore size. Furthermore, the phosphate finish adds a layer of rust resistance and gives the block a matte black look that holds up through heat and use. Moreover, BCM builds this gas block to the same standards they apply to their complete rifles, so the fit and finish match what you would expect from a duty-grade component. The low profile shape clears free-float handguards and lets you run a rifle-length forearm on your carbine-length barrel without clearance problems.
