  80% Lower JIG AR 15

  • 80 PERCENT LOWER JIG KIT INCLUDES RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE PLATES, 3 TOP PLATES AND SCREWS
  • Jig is constructed of 6061-T6 Aluminum
  • Every piece on the 80% Lower Jig is replaceable on the jig in case there is a mistake made in manufacturing of your 80% AR Lower
  • There are three top plates that are interchangeable to allow you to mill the fire control group.
  • The side plates are fit with drill bushings to allow you to properly drill the trigger and hammer pin.
  • A complete set of Top plates and Side plates are included with this 80 percent jig set.
  • You may order more top plates separately if they get damaged.

    Pretty good product. I’ve used this for a Ceratac 80% lower and it helped me do the job right. I would say after 4-5 mills of the lower you’d have to replace parts of the jig. I feel like the pin and safty holes were off but when I put the pins in and the safe lever in they aligned perfectly. I would suggest putting blue painters tape or masking tape on your receiver if you don’t want it blemished from the jig. Over all this Jig is the cheapest I’ve found online and the most reliable.

    Vary good product. I’ve used this for a few lower’s and it did the job right. I would say after 3 lowers you’d have to replace parts of the jig and I did. I put the pins in and the safe lever in they aligned perfectly. I put masking tape on the receiver to keep it from marring from the jig. Over all this Jig is the cheapest I’ve found online and the most reliable.
