The 5D Tactical Original AR-15 / AR-9 80% Lower Router Jig is Fast and Easy. Beginners can have an 80% lower finished in as little as 45 minutes. The jig is compatible with AR-15 and AR-9 metal lowers and most polymer versions. It make use of a router guide system so the end mill never touches the jig. Less drilling is involved; Only two holes are needed prior to milling. Assembly is incredibly quick since there are only 11 screws needed to assemble the jig. Even better, the jig never needs to be completely disassembled! Also, the drilling and milling depth gauges are built into the top plate so help with precision results. Works with an array of compact routers on the market (list is below). Full-size routers are compatible with the Full-Size Router Plate that can be purchased separately.
