Daytona Tactical Pistol Uppers are Built with only American made Parts. Starting with High quality barrels made from 4150 Chrome Moly steel or 416R Stainless Steel machined to Military Specifications. The AR Barrels are drilled, reamed and button rifled with state of the art cnc machines then inspected for quality assurance.  Barrels from 4150 are Nitride process Finished to make for a more accurate shooting rifle or pistol barrel. We use and carry Barrels from some of the most well known Manufacturers in the country including Ballistic Advantage, Anderson Manufacturing, Aero Precision, Faxon Firearms, Palmetto State Armory, Bear Creek Arsenal and more.

Our AR-15 Upper Receivers are manufactured to Mil-Spec starting with 7075-T6 Forged Blanks and cnc Machined to the highest standards available. Finished with a hardcoat anodized finish the upper receivers become more durable and corrosion resistant which will hold up to the harshest environments imaginable without failure.

Daytona Tactical test fires every custom upper to verify cycling. We do not guarantee cycling with all
ammunition due to vast differences in the quality of ammunition. We will only warranty cycling with
US made ammunition. We will not warranty cycling with imported, steel cased or reloaded rounds.
